    It is almost ironic that the United States is going in the opposite direction of Canada, which placed restrictions on pro-life picketing. They, U.S. laughed at our liberal direction, and now the same thing is happening to them.

  2. Oh, man...where to start with this bunch...

    First off, it's not a "free speech" issue. It's a public nuisance issue. Harassment is not free speech.

    Second, it's not "public property" if the owner of the building puts a fence around it. He wouldn't be allowed to do that if it were public property. He owns it, he pays taxes on it, and he gets to say who has access to it.

    But, just for the record, while free speech is guaranteed under the Constitution, where one may practise it is not so guaranteed.

    Lifesite just keeps on proving itself unworthy to be called a news medium.
