Everyone who can't tell the difference between the private business of a private individual and his sex life - and the world-spanning diplomatic and military actions of a government founded on the notion of being answerable to its citizens, please raise your hand.

Ok, will everyone who is incapable of telling the difference between the private dealings of a private individual and the details of his sex life - and the diplomatic and military actions of a government founded on the notion of being answerable to its citizens please raise your hand.
