  1. Here's a very interesting, intelligent and civil interview between Fr. George Coyne, S.J., the previous Vatican astronomer and Richard Dawkins.

      A discussion between these 2 would be similar to 2 very poor people talking about what they would do if they won the lottery.
      Jesuits are clever within their own heads, Dawkins is just plain evil. No matter what handle you use, your colours are certain.

    2. Why would you describe Prof. Dawkins as evil? Is is something he did, or something he said, or do you just disagree with his position?

      Dawkins says that a belief in God is irrational. That religion is divisive.
      Satan says God is less than Satan Satan is motivated to try and gain followers for himself. Dawkins wants us to follow his thinking. Satan is Evil. Dawkins is evil
      There is no good intent in either of them taht would benefit man in any way.
      It may be fashionabel in some circles of people who thirst to be known as great thinkers, to try to find someone who develops great arguments that are difficult to refute. But whether or not you refute it is unimportant- it is still just a thought or argument. The bigger the idea- the harder they fall

    4. Judges are good because the punish people who do evil. Satan punishes people who do evil. Therefore Satan is good.

      Sorry, just an irrelevant aside. Prof. Dawkins promotes ideas that are contrary to yours. He does it in a civil, intelligent yet is firm in his convictions. How, in any morality. is that evil?

      Your blog name suits you well. A rationalist can rationalize just about anything to his own satisfaction. I guess, if you tried hard enough you rationalize that dog shit would make agreat pudding if you just used the right sauce.

  3. gotchagood: Dawkins is (IMHO) wrong but I don't see him as being evil. Why would you attribute such a malicious quality to him?
